Office

The new office needs to ensure 8-9 workstations, conference area, water bar area, independent toilet, and also take into account the functions of storage, display and printing. We have made a simple plan in the functional layout and are committed to expressing it in a refined design language. First of all, we don't want to see all the space at a glance, so we enclose it with three walls at the entrance and set the empty area in it. The process of spatial contrast through enlargement, compression and re-enlargement brings dramatic tension. The different heights of the three walls and the performance of different materials create a virtual and real spatial relationship. They want to block but not be too blocked. As a result, a horizontal opening was left on the wall, while introducing light, a white LOGO box was ingeniously set up. The corridor leading to the negotiation room is designed with water bar, storage cabinet and display cabinet in turn. The space is deliberately elongated by us, and at the same time, we do not waste the use area. Turning from the water bar area to connect the corridor of the negotiation area, we designed a long wall cabinet on the wall to present the storage function, display function and report function in a holistic way.In order to reduce the heavy feeling of the wall cabinet, we have beveled and rounded the corners around the open cabinet. From the thin steel stairs to the office area on the second floor, our design strategy is to create an open space with no partition and transparent view. Therefore, half of the enclosure of the empty area uses a solid low wall as the continuation of a layer of wall. The other side is a whole piece of gradient tempered glass, which acts as a handrail and also has a certain shielding effect. The office space is set on different facades of the space, which can not only have a quiet thinking area alone, but also maintain a good collaborative communication.
