Ruili Coastal Hotel

Our design team sets itself apart from other overseas star hotels by endowing the Binhai hotel with uniquely Chinese cultural symbols, aiming to create a benchmark for Chinese five-star hotel culture. Our design explores the meaning of luxury in Oriental aesthetics, the space expressing the charm of mountains, seas and stars, creating a perfect Oriental luxury experience.

The design theme of the hotel lobby is "Scholarly Rui'an" with a sea and mountain picture scroll, abstractly integrating the local representative cultural elements of "movable type printing" into the lobby space, echoed by the book-shaped chandelier. The exquisite and transparent silk screen combines traditional and modern techniques to create a magnificent scene.

The lobby bar space is transparent and bright. The understated and warm leather seats are matched with leisurely, chic cloth sofas, and the aqua carpet integrates art and nature to establish a quiet, relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The ceiling implements elements of ancient architecture, both minimal and aesthetic, adding a sense of gradation. One wall contains a Rui'an wood carving, the abstract geometric lines providing a feeling of stability.

The design of the banquet hall closely adheres to this dictum. The designer extracts the elements of stars, mountains and rivers, and applies them to the space through simple design techniques to create a banquet hall that blends the scenery and feelings of famous landscape paintings.

The design of the hotel rooms unearths the Oriental heritage of modern life, combining Chinese traditional colors with subtle patterns, boldly and innovatively apply them to the space, so as to make the space more cultural and dynamic. The application of wood finishes and handcrafted details create a comfortable, elegant and exquisite atmosphere for guests.

The overall design pursues minimalism but not simplicity, imbuing a sense of dignified elegance and understated luxury. The modern interpretation of cultural elements and symbols in the design is meant to meet the lifestyle needs of the consumer. Simple lines, elegant wood, unadorned stone, warm fireplaces and high-end furniture combined with rich lighting highlight the extraordinary style of the space.
