The lighting design of the Qinhuai Bay Bridge

The Nanjing Qinhuai Bay Bridge, across the bank of the Qinhuai River, through the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway on the south, and near the Ring Road in the north, is the city landmark of Nanjing.The southern new town is located in the middle of the four mountains. The bridge is designed to meet the silhouette of the four mountains, with flowing lines floating on the Qinhuai River.

According to the characteristics of Qinhuai Bay Bridge, our team mainly considered four elements: reflect the design characteristics of the bridge itself; show the history and culture of Qinhuai Bay Bridge and even Nanjing; drive the development of regional night economy; balance the lighting effect and sustainable development.

First of all, the lighting effect of the bridge and bridge is subdivided to create a harmonious and unified night scene picture of points, lines and surfaces, and to integrate and echo the environment of the surrounding park green space.According to the transformation of the four seasons to achieve the change of different light and color, for the 12 months of the four seasons to give different colors.

Secondly, lighting is used to connect bridges to the urban environment and urban events, triggering a resonance between cities and people.Through three modes to show the Qinhuai Bay clear water and green mountains, the beautiful scenery of the four seasons.Fully display the new image of Nanjing represented by the joint construction and sharing of the southern new city.

Third, through the strong visual effect to attract the audience, and plan the interaction scheme of the bridge light interpretation, to realize the interactive function of instant scene light show and mobile terminal audio interaction, enhance the interest and dissemination of the interpretation, and enhance the sense of participation of the public.

Finally, fully consider the comfort of the pedestrian line, to avoid glare and too fast dynamic lighting.Products used in this project are all LED lighting products.Through the intelligent control system, the brightness and lighting mode of the night scene are automatically adjusted at different times and under different flow of people, to achieve a good energy saving effect.
