Located in the urban land consolidation section, the site of the project is geographically close to mountains and a river bank. The construction sits with huge parks on the left side, and a whole new building on the right side. Thus, the purpose of the design concept is to combine both the sense of the organic world and the development of civilization, to transfer the elements of nature in a modern style and create a safe living environment.
The exterior of the space is applied with stone materials to add bulkiness to the ambience. The common area, on the other hand, is integrated with symbolic elements of water and park. The fluidity and sleekness of the curved lines and fabrics are to depict the elements of nature: sunlight, wind and water.
Between two buildings, lies the lobby of this project. Looking from the entrance to the end of the space, it is designed to look like a surface cut of diamond, expanding the visual perception. The arrangement offers a sense of elegance and grandeur that is also hidden and melded with the surroundings. With light strips installations, the warmth of lights just like sunlight in spring falls on the black marble counter in front of the contrasting white stone wall to create a visual focus. The counter is shaped into a fluid and precise sleekness that looks just as a cockleboat that floats in the water.
As for the ceiling, the waving rhythm of ribbons and the lighting generate a dynamic energy that embodies the elements of wind, water and lights. As a result, diverse images and effects are shaped from different perspectives.
Furthermore, the big long window at the end of the space as well introduces natural lighting and environment to the interior.
