Shenzhen Dashahe Cultural and Sports Center

Shenzhen Dashahe Cultural and Sports Center is located between Liuxiandong Headquarters Base and Tanglang Mountain Park. The surrounding natural resources are rich. It is a prelude to the urban space entering the natural environment and an important cultural node on the Dashahe ecological corridor. The mountain-shaped building outline is a metaphor for the continuation of the Tanglang Mountain Mountain View, and the interaction with the Dasha River ecological corridor forms a dialogue between the building, "mountain" and "water".
The total construction area of the project is 14.09 square meters. The project gathers different types of entertainment activities. The functions include: fitness, sports, entertainment, and cultural facilities. It is a new and diversified cultural and sports center that meets the needs of different age groups and different groups of people. Healthy, green and culturally connected, introducing an active and interesting urban space.
The project takes "fold" as the core design concept, and squeezes and lifts the volume to create a continuous architectural form inside and outside. The pleated processing of the building shape derives multi-dimensional façade ramps, roof walks and other spatial node elements, forming a roaming experience space.
