Sea Wave

Sea Wave is an epoch-making curtain manufactured by an innovative warp knitting fabric process, an approach taking polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other synthetic filaments as raw materials. Compared with other fabrics on the market produced by common knitting processes, the fabric of Sea Wave boasts the fabric width of 210 inches, and the machine speed reaches 3,600rpm. This warp knit fabric has many advantages including longitudinal stability, stiffness, less laddering, breathability and anti-curled selvedge. In the past, it was often used for garments. The warp knitting fabric process was less likely to be applied to other cloth fields except clothing industry, because it called for imported warp knitting machines and the complex pre-commissioning. The curtain adopts the novel warp knitting fabric process to overcome the horizontal extension, the poor elasticity and softness of the fabric in the traditional fabric process. The optimization of the combing process and the fabric structure endows the curtain with outstanding ductility both horizontally and vertically, also significantly reduces the occurrence of laddering due to broken yarns and holes, such as the ladder caused by pet pawing. Thanks to the updated warp knitting fabric process, the fabric gains heavier self-weight, which distinguishes the curtain from its counterparts for the excellent fabric drape and the anti-crease feature even after repeated washing or drying. Besides, the optimized knitting process can carry out different weft and warp knitting methods to form diverse kinds of meshes, thus improving the variety of patterns.
