Zhenro·Seazen Yunxi Runchen is located at Baiyun district. In this project, inspiring from cloud and dream, we aim to build a demonstration area themed on time beyond clouds. We introduced book clubs, coffee shops and book bars to express the style of the city. Furthermore, paying attention to customer’s experience, we will make effort in exploring products, spatial characteristics and marketing experience, interpreting commercial space from space, commerce and cultural creation in an all-round way, creating a complex commercial comprehensive experience museum, thus adding warmth to Guangzhou Baiyun District.

At the sight of the spacious, atmospheric and warm front hall, people seem to beyond clouds. By virtue of aesthetic essence and living art, we are hopeful to living an ideal life here.

The hallway sculpture is a cartoon image from Magical Mystery Tour, where the rabbit, representing the reality and dream, wanders in the industrial forest built of steel and cement. It is the trend of contemporary young people's pursuit of casual art and free consciousness. Light relies on structure, which means that each structure can produce its own light.

When dealing with the relationship between light and space, the design team uses the direction and logic of light to convey the texture of space, as well as outline the artistic atmosphere of space architecture and the beauty of details. The natural light merges with the wall to reveal the texture of the interface, creating a sense of power and order in the space.

The sofas and chairs in the negotiation area are in warm orange and pure white colors and decorated with metal and leather ornaments. Every encounter is recorded here. And there are some fashionable toys, food themed books as well as audios and calendars.

The theme is unified with the whole space, and the interaction is enhanced by the decoration of Lego tables, motion-sensing interactive devices, MINI MARS dressing experience, three-dimensional books and others. We aim to create a interactive children's park integrating amusement, sports, intelligence and fitness.
