Central One Mansion

The project is located in the Wenzhou Binjiang Business District's CBD core region. It is a high-end residential community, which is made up of ten high-rise structures that cover 130,000 square meters. The high-rise building's facade incorporates a large number of cold gray glass and aluminum plates, which are partially complemented by champagne gold aluminum plates and lines, adding a touch of warmth to the calm and high-cold architectural temperament, resulting in a luxurious and warm architectural expression. The design focuses on placing the sky garden on the south side of the building and combining it with the balcony, based on the apartment type with a broad face and modest depth. It not only helps to maintain vegetation, but it also helps to extend living and recreational space and improve quality of life. The combination of sky gardens and balconies overcomes the limitations imposed by traditional designs on the percentage of balconies, allowing the outdoor recreation area to be substantially increased in breadth and depth. The balcony and the sky garden hanging outside the main body of the building, creating a light and translucent façade appearance. From the single building's top, a portion of roof structure rises. The surface is made up of golden lines that slope inwards, successfully covering the roof equipment while also creating a delicate, translucent, and remarkable architectural atmosphere. The distinctive top form is known as "Wenzhou's Crown", which means that project's goal is to create landmark residence in Wenzhou.
