Noble Mansion

The project is located in Wenling, China's northern region. The site is flanked on three sides by lakes and an urban road. There are 11 high-rise units and 30 villas on a total land area of 66,932 square meters. The planning and design process begins with a city planning perspective, taking maximum use of the area's scenery, transportation, and supporting infrastructure, also tapping the regional context, and aiming to create residential structures that are strongly united with the project city positioning. Various functional public places and internal spaces are suitably structured to fulfill the inhabitants' living and psychological needs, therefore increasing the overall quality of the community and generating a home feeling, and are integrated with science, nature, and humanism. Traditional, delicate, modern and succinct design languages are naturally merged, as are modern and oriental aesthetics, demonstrating the harmonic union of quality and art, as well as the cohabitation of nature experience and urban life. The high-rise façade is separated into atmospheric proportions to close to a human scale that better integrates with the surroundings, and it is made up of light-colored stone, dark-colored aluminum plates, and metal lines, all of which demonstrate a high level of quality and layering in the materials used. The transition between the garden and the entry lobby is on the ground upper floor with gradient hollow grilles, which reflects the order of Chinses traditional etiquette. The shape of the villa depicts the oriental character with modern design language, innovatively interprets the Tang-style architecture, and finely crafts the Su-style garden elegance. The design integrates the aesthetic trend with international awareness, emphasizes the harmonious growth and coexistence of people and cities, buildings and gardens, leads the space, forms, materials and craftsmanship of the times, expresses the charm of oriental aesthetics, and builds a modern Chinese style living model, all while respecting the inheritance of traditional culture.
