Yibot

We are deeply inspired by the natural sunrise and sunset. Similarly,the opening and closing of this robot exactly indicates our constant need that enjoying the food. This robot is such a rebel for a traditional Chinese kitchen, where cooking is so frustrating and hard for standardization.This cooking robot includes 4 modules, which are raw materials weighting and automatic dispensing, cooking module and an integrated ventilator. At least 8 liquid and 5 powdered seasonings can be pumped, enabling possible more than 1000 recipes from all over the world that cover all major cooking styles such as stiring, frying and stewing. What is more,given compact design, more than 1 cooking robot can be placed inside a traditional commercial kitchen.The main body is made of stainless steel. Bent and brushed, it is pretty easy to clean while simultaneously increasing robot durability. We used cutting stainless steel for the sides so as to reduce our costs, an anti fingerprint layer was coated on the surface, too. The rotary knob is die cast aluminum alloy, with eight gun ceramic sandblasting and anodizing to increase the touch. The electronic scale module on the screen is made of AG frosted glass, and the metal nameplate is engraved with laser.By interviewing chefs and observing the detailed standard operating procedure SOP they followed while cooking, we translated this body language via e-tongue, e-nose and other sensors, successfully establishing a quantitative system to analyze how heating and seasonings affect the food taste, texture and flavor.Once someone would like to use this robot, she can directly choose her favorites from the touchable screen. She would be guided to put all ingredients she wants and simply press button. Surprisingly, no matter how much input ingredients the robot has detected, it automatically decides how much seasonings would be needed and how the heating adjustment should be involved. Upon finished, this robot can rotate itself to output a delicious meal. The integrated ventilator keeps running during the entire operation, she even does not have to worry about cleaning.
