Vanke Fenghua Jinming

The lighting design of Vanke Fenghua Jinming demonstration area shows the image of the residential building, reflects the connection between the project and the city, and provides residents with a comfortable night lighting experience. 

The demonstration area is divided into lobby, photo gallery, courtyard, viewing terrace, and meeting room with multiple depth. The lighting is creatively designed according to different functions with different brightness, which guide the owner’s focus and form a different night lighting experience. The lighting design aims to fully display the design language of architecture and landscape, and form different lighting atmospheres of "door", "hall" and "meeting room".

The lighting in the demonstration area shows its image to the public with a simple lighting atmosphere, showing natural brightness and artistic light, guiding the owner's vision, reflecting the aesthetic needs of the customers, and demonstrating the living standard of the project.

The photo gallery, inspired by the Apple flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York, builds a "Crystal Beacon" to achieve the nighttime lighting effect for suspension, purity, and spiritual fortress, which is different from the surrounding lighting effects. The photo gallery is built to be a key area with dazzling night lights in the entire demonstration area.

The wall lamps in the corridor are custom-made with artistic design. The luxurious metal appearance of lamps and lanterns is combined with marble walls, showing the elegance of the demonstration area. Through ingenious lighting concepts, every guest is guided to go deep into the photo gallery to enjoy its tranquility.

Corridor lighting is a three-dimensional effect based on secondary design, which shows the characteristics of different sections of the corridor from building walls, columns and grids. Through lighting, a three-dimensional effect is created to create a streamer and silhouette corridor lighting effect. The lighting provides the owner with an immerse night lighting experience, breaks the boredom of building materials at night, and pleases the owner with a relaxing experience in the corridor.
