The project is located next to the light rail station in the new urban development area, constructing a TOD three-dimensional transportation system and forming a living hub of commercial MALL + connecting bridge + light rail station. The designer focuses on the planning form of the project, emphasizes the publicity and service of its spatial function, and establishes a differentiated position among the commercial malls.

The designer pays full attention to the life and psychological needs of modern urbanites, and rationalizes them into the project. It is envisaged that "when shopping malls become public spaces, urbanites will come to shopping malls to enjoy life." Experience, social experience, and cultural integration experience empower each other. Here, shopping, food, leisure and entertainment are gathered, and it is the hub of a better life for modern urbanites; here, it is the "Utopia" of community life, creating a place for families, young people and students to enjoy relaxation and leisure time and find themselves. It can also create a three-dimensional "hub space" for good interaction and sharing, and will surely become an emerging form of "urban meeting room" under the TOD model.
