Gaia

This is a 1242 square feet condo with a long and narrow space.

Design inspiration comes from Gaia, Greek goddess of the earth.

We choose materials to represent the elements of earth such as titanium plating metal, copper, marble, wood, black glass and tawny mirror.

The lighting effects and various ceiling shape visually divides the space into different functional areas and vertical lines convey strength, also elongate the sense of sights.

The open-plan living room to a kitchen-diner acts as a valuable family room.

The rectangular corridor set in the center of the house creates a pathway leading to the master bedrooms, guest room and bathroom, which distinguishes private and common space.

Cozy attic home office provides a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.

The combination of space planning, elements and color creates an elegant and comfort living space for the family to compose the warm and stable of life.



業案是位於台灣的老公寓，空間狹長。

設計靈感來自大地女神蓋亞，我們選擇代表地球的元素—金屬、石材、木作及鏡面玻璃來營造出具現代感的設計。

燈光效果及各種天花板造型在視覺上將空間劃分為不同的功能區域，並運用各種不同材質呈現的線條感強化視覺的拉深感。

開放式客餐廳及廚房為家庭營造一個寶貴的活動區域；位於住宅的中心規劃一個矩形的廊道來通往主臥、客房及浴室以劃分私人與公共空間；閣樓則獨立出一間寧靜舒適及令人放鬆的居家辦公空間。

運用空間規劃、材質及色彩的結合，為業主家打造一個優雅舒適的空間，並為其構築溫暖平靜的生活。
