To meet the intelligent co-working needs in the post-epidemic situation, layout design is the first thing to be considered. The project aims to create an open and equitable place of opportunity for ambitious people.

The overall project includes four floors, the first floor is a co-working office and the second to fourth floors are for the entire letting, covering over 750 service positions. With the unique concept of "light business" and themed with "bridge", the design emphasizes fluent communication which is an emotional bond and a bridge to build interpersonal relationships. The two different spaces of the office area and the public activity area are easy to distinguish. One is serious and quiet, which makes people calm, and the other is flexible and changeable, which brings infinite vitality.

With blue, green, and white as the main color, there is not only the wisdom and calmness of blue but also the sense of life and nature of green. The integration of white makes the space more lively and natural, and the vertical greening effectively utilizes the vertical area and adds a sense of vitality to the space.
