This project is inspired by the Japanese Zen style to create a fashionable urban look. Inspired by Kyoto, Japan, which is not only a city with a great variety of historical and cultural museums and galleries but also one of the greatest cities of traditional Japanese culture. The Kyoto National Museum is the most representative cultural showcase in Japan nowadays. With this concept in mind, the design team added unique stylistic elements such as sunlight, air, light, and water in a golden ratio. Outside, green maple trees are swaying in the elegant atrium. Inside, the 6.7m-high space, the sophisticated Japanese-style landscape, and the longitudinal extension of the wood grille give the whole space a "Dawon" concept. The trickle of water on the ceiling is also like a bright mirror, presenting a natural and comfortable balance between dynamic and peaceful.
The reading area is full of culture and the smell of books, and the wooden lattice makes people feel like they are in Kyoto, Japan. People can read books under the high light-transmitting book wall and let the light and shadow add to the beautiful picture.
The walls of the banquet hall are intricately hand-painted with gold thread wallpaper and wooden grilles. With a stylish and luxurious design, the functional space can be used for Chinese painting, drawing, calligraphy, tea ceremony, and other activities. The purpose is to let art fill the space and let the space reveal the art, and the two reflect each other to achieve the wonderful realm of "life is art".
"Anmei Dawon" is a space that brings art and humanity together. The style design is based on the abstract life of Kyoto, adding fashionable aesthetics to bring out the cultural life of the Japanese Zen style.
