In the overall spatial layout, a large-open space is adopted to convey the atmosphere and visible experience of the space to the visitors, and to create a living concept of acceptance and tolerance. In the spatial sequence, the harmony and agility of the corresponding relationship between the axes are emphasized.

The project fully absorbed the local "water element" and melted it into the modern elements of the design at the very beginning. In the overall and details of the building, from the entrance of the art lobby to the interconnection of the internal space, everything is carrying the dynamic beauty of water.

In the first half of the building, the spatial layout of the project is open to the flow of people, and inadvertently, like walking in the art area, you can also enjoy all the functions of the sales office. In the second half of the building, green trees surround the swimming pool, transforming into an ecological natural system, performing a human drama of nature and dwellings.

The simple and the complicated are originally twins. In terms of architectural orientation, the designer tells local stories with his distinctive personalities. The project uses beige as the background color, relying on the inheritance of the "water element", combined with the artistic installation of "Fenghe Yulu" as an embellishment so that the rhythm is active in every corner of the space, showing a beautiful and simple design style.

In the selection of materials, this project starts with the simplicity and atmosphere of the building. The large area of beige marble wall is perfectly integrated with the corrugated stainless steel ceiling. The simple exterior and the interior express the authenticity of artistry. The connection of light-colored leather and artistic lacquer releases the texture of the brand area from the inside out, and is balanced with the Wyndham gray stone on the ground in the echo of the contrasting color system.
