Introduce the pure and calm tone into the spacious public areas. Also, create integrated layouts with independent features so that the residents can enjoy a pleasant, cozy holiday ambiance when they return home.

We exploit handmade-sandstone-textured tiles and vigorous stucco to initiate elegant, grandeur, and delicate features to the gentle-toned public area of the casual holiday home. Furthermore, carefully select non-formaldehyde and eco-friendly construction materials to manifest a natural and comfortable atmosphere.

As per the advantage of the harbor environment, we magnify the viewing scope of the outdoor area. Moreover, plan an open pattern public area and adopt a clean gray and white color scheme to finish the ceiling, interior facade, and floor. Among them, the white sand textured TV wall and the feature wall at the foyer, artfully bringing lively situations and resulting in a concise and cozy ambiance of the space via the crafted surface finishing.

Considering that the people who live in modern times are always busy, we take the public configuration as the focal point of the project plan. Carefully arrange unobstructed moving flow to connect the living room, the dining area, and the sitting-reading domain, as well as shaping spacious layouts. And exploit assorted finishing elements and soft furnishings, such as the slab tiles in the dining area and the vivid sand textured tile back wall in the living room to set the distinct character of each space and fashion a minimalist, elegant, refined home.

Utilize high-performance formaldehyde removal spray and eco-friendly green building materials such as thin slabs and tiles to finish the holiday home.
