In the headquarters of Bao Tai Construction, an open floor plan with a high-ceiling that features light and bright color palettes create a refreshing and stress-free space unlike any traditional cold and high-pressure office. There is not a speck of tension in the air.
The smooth staggered ink-colored titanium pieces are attached to the ash grey marble wall. The fresh colors not only highlight the corporate identity clearly, but also represent the interior design style. The reception area with a high-ceiling facing the entrance welcomes everyone. Interspersed with paintings, the floor to ceiling white bookcase walls give the space an elegant texture.
Light particles, accompanied by the natural light falling from the windows on the canopy, make the space feel like a cozy and comfortable greenhouse. Lightweight glass blocks form the structural walls to provide cover partially in the meeting room and offer a sense of privacy without blocking the space, as they allow the light to filter in.
Red culture stones are stacked layer by layer next to glass blocks, injecting a vivid visual impression. Perseverance, the entrepreneurial spirit, is embodied through the brick-by-brick image. Elegant curves of Baroque-style on the window grilles, window frames and lighting fixtures create a right balance of rigidity and softness.
On the fourth floor, a large meeting room is set up in a light-filled area. With clear glass with iron pieces as a partition, it not only creates depth of field, but also serves as a bridge for eye contact and physical interaction among team members. This allows the seemingly cold space to convey the warm emotions between people through unobstructed line of vision.
