People make an initial judgement within 0.7 seconds of entering a space, therefore creating a memorable first impression is paramount. An office space is no different, as this is a significant reflection on any business, which is why One Avenue take the design of our office spaces to the next level. 64 North Row is One Avenue’s most luxurious space and our proudest project yet, raising the standards within the industry.

Upon entering the space clients or guests are greeted by the decadent reception and lounge area, with a gold leaf ceiling, chandeliers, and a plush seating area to relax and take in the beauty of the lounge. In true One Avenue style, 64 North Row contains our signature features: a fireplace, chessboard, and a whisky cabinet, which allows the space to feel more like home; a feeling we aim to evoke in all of our clients and guests.

Meetings are important to the development of any business, which is why the design of our boardrooms are carefully considered. The grand design creates a sense of importance for any meeting, with ergonomic yet beautiful furniture chosen to ensure comfort for longer meetings.

What makes 64 North Row different to many other office spaces across London is the two onsite bars. Each bar has a different design, creating an identity for the space. Our first bar is designed with a plush purple theme, due to purple’s connotations with royalty, making it the perfect choice for an office space in the most affluent area in London. Our second bar is centred around a black and gold theme, with a show stopping starlight ceiling, perfect for hosting evening events, as well as containing reflective gold features throughout.

64 North Row’s design has become industry renowned, resulting in the space being at full capacity, as well as many other businesses waiting to enter the beautifully designed space.
