ROSE

INSPIRATION:

The owner is a retired old couple. They devoted all their efforts to the family and their work ,and accompany with each other through out the whole life, from the young age 20 to 70. All they what is to live a comfortable life and accompany with the family and grandchild. Because the hostess’s favorite color is rose pink ,the main color project start from the rose pink to lily white, and combine the rose pink and dark greek blue in master room.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES:

In terms of layout configuration, the dining area is the center of the house and links all of the spaces.There is an original partition wall between the living and study room .In oder to let the light in, we move the wall forward to the living room and create more space to the study. The owner want to keep the original configuration and make the space can be used in multiple way. The house can served as a center when all the family come for the holiday and be used as a rest place when the old couple go for travel.

The color arrangement is based on rose pink that the owner’s favorite.We use two different shades of pink to reach the level of harmony, at the same time allows the visual balance with the lily white.
