LVTING VITAL HOUSE（景瑞·镜栖绿汀里）

The project is located in the core area of the Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City, with an endless stream of high-level talents and good prospects for economic development. It is close to Lvting road station of metro Line 5 and line 3, and close to Yuhang station and two expressways. The transportation is very convenient. The site is adjacent to Xixi National Park and West Lake scenic spot in the East, with excellent environment and rich ecological resources. At this stage, with the strong support of Hangzhou municipal government, as a development plate integrating high-end commerce, high-tech parks and scientific research platforms, the surrounding supporting resources of the Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City will be more and more perfect in the future. The linear geometric sense of the facade of the project building conveys a pure and distinct impression, which generates an infectious and unified landscape design, which makes the building hidden on the base and blurs the boundary of indoor and outdoor space. Therefore, the landscape of the project adheres to the concept of "nature shaping the future". Through the natural landscape, the geometric art elements are transformed into design language or symbols and integrated into the landscape of the residential area, so as to make people closer to nature and enjoy the beauty of nature. In the overall design, we have created a landscape layout of one ring, one landscape axis and five gardens, namely slow walking Ring Road, core landscape axis and exclusive residence garden.

We use the 450 meter walk to connect the gardens, and enrich the space tour experience through the changes of color, light, shadow and plants. Finally, we hope to take people's impetuous mind out of the surrounding noisy cities and start a spiritual journey to feel and get close to nature.
