A1MD30 is a cutting-edge handheld laser welding machine that combines a laser, an ergonomic welding torch, and a control system in the industry. Its impressive features over conventional handheld welding equipment include simple configuration, high integration, high performance, high efficiency, high dependability, high stability, small size, light weight, easy operation, and a high level of intelligence. The system will automatically carry out precise power regulation and calibration to maintain the output power when the real-time monitoring detects that the laser power is dropping. It uses a method of phase-change heat dissipation that is air-cooled, has a wavelength range of 1070 nm to 1090 nm, and a laser efficiency of greater than 25%. It is extensively employed in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, construction materials, kitchenware, and others.
The D mode was initially developed to achieve smooth welding of big plates and thin materials, to ensure precise welds. It does this by using an instantaneous high and low power pulse approach. Welding with 0.8kW watts resulted in a 1.2kW welding depth, which is a 30% increase in welding depth. According to different application requirements and scenarios, the D mode is divided into two levels: level 1 and level 2. When welding plates with a thickness greater than 3mm, D mode is activated with a 50% power increase.
Its handheld welding torch has a one-button wire feeding and stopping function, and the parameters can be adjusted. The production efficiency is significantly increased by the welding efficiency, which is 4–10 times more than that of the conventional welding method. It has developed a torch head that works with lasers to regulate control while integrating wire feeding and stopping adjustments, welding power adjustments, and weld width adjustments.
