The Bayview Residence

The project is located in Huiyuetai, Zhujiang New Town, CBD of the Pearl River, and has a beautiful view of the Pearl River. It is the last chapter of Guangzhou's best luxury houses. The owner is a well-known game chairman in China. The male and female protagonists born in the 1980s love life and pursue a quality of life. They like soft furnishings from international first tier brands and hope that their home has a certain sense of quality and art, but not too extravagant. The designer deeply explores the living pursuit and taste of the residents, fully demonstrating the scale and stability of the space through the quality of obsidian.

The TV wall in the living room takes the geographical form of the Pearl River as the source of design inspiration, and combines intelligent equipment to start the TV with one button. At the same time, the TV stone wall opens to both sides, more like the curtain slowly opening on the performance stage, full of ritual. The chandelier in the living room comes from the Portuguese serip art lighting fixture, with the swallow as the protagonist and named "Hundred Birds Returning to their Nest", symbolizing good luck.

The metal curved ceiling of the restaurant is based on Basel art, and the diamond shaped metal mirror reflects a diverse landscape from different angles, more like a dynamic art painting.
