City Oasis

The area named "Linkou" has the meaning of being located at the entrance of a forest. It is surrounded by a vast forest of tall trees, and the misty mountain ranges add a touch of poetic beauty to this place.

Based on the beautiful ecological environment, rich cultural heritage, and the essence of living with the sales clubhouse called "Semi-hidden and Semi-residential," the architectural concept is inspired by a " Time Treasure Box." The main structure, with its rectangular and staggered design, incorporates trees and green plantings and uses wood veneer technology to address the issue of the damp climate. Amidst a cold cement jungle, it creates a warm wooden box filled with greenery. Considering the angles of sunlight and radiation intensity, the middle area of the clubhouse uses large green corridors and a water courtyard to regulate the overall temperature and lighting.

Walking into this wooden box filled with cultural memories, the space unfolds layer by layer from the outside to the inside, isolating the hustle and bustle of the city. People can relax and enjoy true peace and tranquility as they move within. The interior includes a greenhouse garden, a city library, and a cultural cafe as core elements, incorporating symbols of urban culture and natural beauty into the design. Additionally, the interpretation of Nanyang style creates a new paradigm for urban mini-vacation living.

Upon reaching the end of the entrance hall, the flow of movement divides into two paths. To one side, there is an open discussion area, while the other side features sections for sand table area, materials exhibition hall, audio-visual room, VIP room, and restrooms. The negotiation area and the bar counter are divided into two sections along the central axis of the space. The seating area is arranged in a way that includes both scattered seats and a long conference table. In the center, a service counter is transformed into a café bar, adding a touch of trendy appeal that appeals to the younger generation. Simultaneously, this design softens the business ambiance of sales activities, promoting a relaxed and stress-free atmosphere.
