Eagleview Technologies opened its biggest R&D centre in Bengaluru and hired Vestian to design and build their new facility. The architects studied Eagleview’s current workplace and work environment and envisioned a space that was based on the contemporary global design and inspired by local culture; imparting a distinctive sense of identity, and assimilating lifestyle into the workplace.

Vestian’s design team created an agile and collaborative workplace, that suited the client’s requirement of a workplace that was operational around the clock, with emphasis on providing a home away from home. The new office was designed with the vision of creating a space that would accentuate well being and sustainability with the inclusion of biophilic elements. The facility has criss-cross workstations such that there is ample natural light during working hours.
There are also elements that further consolidate the superlative design. Exposed ceiling with decorative lights, all custom made, adorn the floors—giving off a luminous vibe to the workplace. A central collaboration space with amphitheatre seating and provision of AV set-up for large gatherings was also created. Each floor had small café breakouts with informal seating arrangements. Meeting rooms and training rooms were planned such that they were flexible and collapsible/expandable.
Earthy color palette options were chosen to create a lively and relaxed atmosphere for the employee along with informative graphics and artworks. Brand colours were used in various elements of the office like workstation fabric, graphic and loose furniture. With a cosy ambience, it softens and balances the overall space.

The end result, a great workplace that evokes a sense of pride and well being.
