A Streaming of Pastel

Refreshing turquoise schemes shower on the surface and invigorate the home with greenery. Brilliant light and shadow of the afternoon sun penetrate between the steps and lay a warm touch. Accompanied by the children’s laughter from the public space, common but adorable family portraits are displayed in the trendy home.

Initially, the project was a leaky home without partitions. Therefore, we inspected the entire plumbing and conducted a waterproofing operation. According to the plumbing location, we integrated the master bedroom Ensuite with the public bathroom without other passages or partition walls. In addition, we planned exclusive private spaces for each family member. The project incorporates Eco-friendly building materials and CNS-certified fire-rated aluminum doors. We considerably built a healthy and secure residence. The above approaches not only improved the quality of housing but also put our brand concept into practice.

Corresponding to the homeowners’ favorable bright and minimalist designs, we let turquoise blue set the tone of the home. Adopting bluish-green color to the flooring, walls, doors, and furnishings, the balmy wood texture associates with modern-touched hardware, glass, and stone to reveal a crisp Nordic style. As a traffic hub, the spiral stairway features transparency and airiness and creates a focal point. Its elegant flow intertwines the entryway, the dining room, and the space upstairs. These wraparound approaches integrate each space and accentuate family cohesion.

We planned the younger boy’s room opposite the master bedroom so that it enhances to take care of while the elder son’s room locates on the 2nd floor for a private space requirement. Besides, we renovated the former stairs facing the entryway and made a spiral staircase orientated to the public space. As a result, the spiral stairs created a smooth traffic flow and released more free space. Moreover, the central column attached to the beam strengthens sustainability. A stunning black-and-white contrast presents a modern vibe and features a sleek appearance with curvy lines.
