NANJING ANTARA

NANJING ANTARA takes advantage of its location to create a spiritual island that spans the waterfront, linking venues and art in symbiosis. It has a spatial function to receive visitors for art exhibitions; a value proposition to trigger emotional resonance - life can be better; and a lifestyle, a space to connect people, nature and art.

The overall theme of ANTARA is natural ecology, echoing the concept of "paradise", and natural travertine is used as the main material to create a sense of nature. The building is surrounded by high-height glass, which provides an unobstructed view of the outdoor landscape and creates a "zero boundary" between the interior and nature. The reception desk, sand table and water bar are all inspired by the ripples of water, echoing the story of "The Story of Peach Blossom Garden", which starts with water. The design of the display area and the sand table area uses metal and glass combined with the scaffolding in the city construction as the structural inspiration to build a huge form but light and transparent display effect. The design of the negotiation area is based on the view, and the effect of the three-sided view of the landscape creates an extremely comfortable feeling in the space, and the pleasure of the surrounding landscape can be felt under the minimalist space.
