As a leading global communications agency whose culture revolves around 'Moving People' and resonates with Generation Z, BCW had a unique vision for their new office space that emphasizes dynamism and innovation. They desired a complete transformation, aligning the workspace with BCW's brand concept of youthful energy.

The Urban Pulse
The project's overarching concept was 'Moving People.' It embodied dynamic energy, blurring the lines between nature, architecture, and the spatial form of the workplace. This design aimed to create an environment where individuals are constantly on the move, both physically and creatively.
One standout feature is the neon sign at the reception entrance, representing Beijing's characteristic culture. Additionally, the design incorporated a unique urban fabric theme, weaving together the city's essence and BCW's identity.

A Vibrant Garden
The color scheme was meticulously chosen to create a cohesive curve that visually unifies the office space. It reflects the fluid spatial layout, enhances brand recognition, introduces natural textures, and seamlessly blends virtual and real elements. The result is a vibrant and youthful 'green' space that exudes energy, vitality, and creativity, fostering collaboration and happiness.
Situated in Beijing's prestigious CBD on Chang'an Avenue, the project enjoys skyline views of this first-tier city. BCW envisioned the DB&B design team harnessing this unique advantage to deliver an upgraded office space design that capitalizes on the city's grandeur.

In summary, the BCW Beijing office transformation is a testament to innovation and youthful spirit. The design beautifully marries BCW's brand concept with Beijing's rich culture, resulting in a dynamic and engaging workspace that inspires creativity and collaboration among its employees.
