The design of BPI's new office embodies the bank's extensive heritage, unwavering stability, and formidable strength. It also reflects the bank's ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and industry leadership. These foundational principles were thoughtfully integrated into every aspect of the design.

The primary reception area features a distinctive layered counter arrangement, symbolizing the bank's resilience and solidity. In the backdrop, wooden boxes reminiscent of safety deposit boxes are illuminated to form a pattern signifying both the bank's secure foundations and its upward trajectory towards excellence. Masterpieces by nationally acclaimed artists were prominently displayed throughout the office, augmenting the bank's already profound heritage.

The overall work environment was meticulously designed to prioritize adaptability, facilitating a seamless shift from current work methodologies to emerging work dynamics. This was accomplished by furnishing the staff with diverse work settings and versatile spaces. Furthermore, the utilization of a modular design philosophy was incorporated to guarantee the office's sustained pertinence and efficacy for future requisites. The constructed spaces were intentionally structured in modular units, allowing them to transform from a compact meeting room into a manager's office or even be partitioned into two private phone rooms.

Employee well-being was a significant focal point in the design of this office. Breakout areas were strategically positioned at the building's rounded corner, offering unobstructed 270-degree panoramic views of Makati and BGC through full-height windows. Moreover, the staff's health was prioritized through the provision of facilities such as a clinic, a mother's room, and a dedicated wellness room.
