About The Entry
The architectural design concept for the project is rooted in the unique natural landscape and cultural resources of Hangzhou's Phoenix Valley. Leveraging this, the aim is to create a headquarters park themed around art and creativity, attracting top creative companies. The design addresses the paradigm shift from "mining-factory" to "landscape-art," focusing on integrating nature and urban elements. Despite challenges such as limited space and irregular shape, the design aims to maximize land utilization while creating diverse leisure spaces and adapting to future office trends. The architectural form, a branching Y shape, reflects both the original mountain landscape and modern geometric characteristics. Rotating two central buildings creates a coherent internal public space, complemented by a strip of public space connecting entrances and interconnecting standalone buildings. Internally, the Y-shape is divided into square spaces, ensuring coherence and richness while accommodating diverse office environments. The façade design harmonizes organic forms with a modern aesthetic, emphasizing panoramic views and the symbiotic relationship between city and nature.
