T-SIDC (Tethered Electronic Student ID Card)

Many Chinese scholars in the field of education suppose that the complexity of modern media has caused a negative impact on children during their early growth stage, leading to the problem of the "disappearing childhood" raised by renowned environmental media scholar Neil Postman. In 2021, China's Ministry of Education introduced new regulations to prohibit primary and secondary school students from using cell phones during school hours (in principle).
