The project is located in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Keyan Avenue, the total construction area of more than 50,000 square meters, the first phase of the project construction area of about 5,132.7 square meters, including landscape transformation. Its building is a combination of traditional courtyards in the south of the river, near the mountains and by the water, quiet and leisurely, white walls and black tiles, is a unique water town characteristics, over the style of the garden five-star standard hotel. This project is designed to meet the reception task of foreign guests in Hangzhou Asian Games, which is an overall upgrading project of architecture, landscape and mechatronics with decoration engineering as the main body. The total investment cost of the project is about 180 million yuan.
Design concept: "Do not go out of the city and get the beauty of mountains and rivers, live in the downtown and get the fun of forest springs". Shaoxing more solitary hill, can be attached to the garden. Shaoxing Garden attaches particular importance to borrowing landscape, the whole project is surrounded by mountains and rivers, absorbing the noble spirit of Jianhu Lake and the character of Kuaiji Mountain, and the harmony and unity of architecture and natural landscape. "The wise are happy with water, the benevolent are happy with mountain, wisdom is like water, mountain embraces all things." With the technique of gardening, the element of "landscape" is introduced to create a pleasing axis of wonderful scenery.
