About The Entry

Black&White Minimalism

Using a subtractive design language to replace unnecessary excessive decoration, helping people understand what they truly need, discarding the unnecessary, and leaving behind the purest simplicity and beauty.

The core philosophy is "less is more," focusing on minimalist lines and contrasting black and white tones to create a modern and sophisticated living space. The design eliminates superfluous decorations, emphasizing a balance between functionality and aesthetics, presenting pure beauty through a simple design language.

Spatial Fluidity

In the design, spatial fluidity is a key consideration. By utilizing an open layout and cohesive design elements, transitions between functional areas become more natural and smooth, enhancing the comfort and convenience of living. At the same time, hidden storage designs keep the space tidy and orderly, further reinforcing the characteristics of minimalism.

Art of Light and Shadow

This project uses lighting design to create a sense of layering and ambiance in the space. The use of embedded lighting and indirect light sources not only enhances the brightness of the space but also highlights the details of materials and structures, making the arrangement of the space feel like an art gallery.

Textural Details

On the basis of minimalism, we pay attention to detail handling and material selection.

• Black materials: Mainly use lacquered surfaces and stone-textured slate, with lighting reflecting off these materials to bring the space to life.

• White materials: Mainly use lacquered surfaces and fine leather textures, emphasizing tactile and shadow effects to enhance the sense of depth and layers in the space.

These carefully chosen materials and craftsmanship endow the space with high quality and modernity, providing a dual visual and tactile enjoyment.
