Shanghai Lingang Runze Headquarters

The headquarters of Runyou Technology is a multifunctional building that integrates headquarters R&D office space, sports big data R&D, an education and popular science exhibition base, and supporting functions. The design aims to reflect a modern and unique architectural style consistent with the company's character. The building's form is derived from the interlocking of volumes. On a site with height restrictions, the design emphasizes the horizontal strength of the site through a horizontally extending posture. The cantilevered glass volume and the base below "slide" against each other, extending into a "box overlooking Dishui Lake." The building as a whole adopts perforated panels as a secondary facade, visually lightening the building's structure. Functionally, the double-layer facade forms an effective climate buffer zone, further reducing the building's visual weight.
