The China Resources Nanjing GuanYun Runfu First District is a unique endeavour that seamlessly blends the rich historical culture of Jinling（Nanjing city） with contemporary aesthetics. The design concept, "Space as a Container, Reflecting the Faces of Urban Life," captures the essence of urban living through clear spatial order and profound artistic expression. The design team drew inspiration from the deep cultural heritage of Jiangnan region of China, merging it with modern materials and craftsmanship to create a space that embodies understated luxury. By employing elements such as corridors and the interplay of light and shadow, the design conveys a harmonious atmosphere where tranquility and dynamism coexist, offering a sense of peace and joy within the space.

The project emphasizes the integration of natural landscapes with architectural space, using trees to define areas and create a sense of orderly yet layered environments. The entrance features an array of large trees interspersed with massive stones, enhancing visual impact and spatial allure. The design of the corridors, with its play of light and shadow, highlights the delicate balance between movement and stillness, crafting a luxurious yet warm living experience. Through a deep exploration of Oriental aesthetics, the project reinterprets the value and meaning of residential products in Nanjing, allowing residents to experience the harmony between nature and art in their everyday lives.
