Poly·Tangyin

Poly Tangyin, which combines the dual functions of sales office and clubhouse, is unique and chic. Located in Dazao Village, Sanya, which has a profound historical heritage, the building was formerly a homestay. The design team adheres to the core concepts of energy saving and sustainability, while pursuing the continuation and regeneration of historical buildings.

The project adopts an improvement design method to cleverly rejuvenate this historical building and give it new functions and vitality. From architecture to landscape, to interior design, the integrated transformation shows the unique design concept and cultural connotation of the project. Here, tradition and modernity are intertwined, and comfort and contemporary aesthetics are integrated, bringing people a unique spatial experience, demonstrating respect for historical culture and the unremitting pursuit of innovative development.
