The project is located in Dali City, Yunnan Province, China, adjacent to Xingsheng Bridge, embracing the Xier River with distant views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The indoor space covers more than 1,800 square meters, with design inspiration deeply influenced by Erhai Lake and its natural surroundings. The core of the design is the harmonious integration of "mountain, water, stillness, and movement," creating an art space that connects nature with modern urban life.
The design concept draws from Dali's unique landscape, incorporating the magnificent scenery of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain into the spatial layout and visual experience. The mountains and water symbolize a journey from the turbulent to the tranquil, reflecting the fluidity and rhythm of the space. The space feels like an extension of Erhai Lake, where the still waters symbolize inner peace, and the towering Cangshan represents the passage of time and strength, conveying a deep respect for both time and nature in the design.
Upon entering the first floor, the main space consists of the lobby and reception area with a simple design, featuring tea white, gray-beige, and amber tones that reflect the natural scenery of Cangshan and Erhai. Marble floors are paired with Bulgari white tiles, while leather paneling and metal mosaics add natural textures. On the third floor, the brand exhibition and model display areas are highlighted by a circular design that mirrors the ceiling, creating a sense of balance and harmony. The bar serves as a visual focal point, offering a comfortable social setting. Flexible layouts divide the discussion area into casual, deep, and tea conversation spaces, with a semi-open tea area integrating Eastern tea culture into a modern context. The book bar, reading area, and children’s zone combine into a multifunctional space, while the terrace offers scenic views, evoking a resort-like atmosphere.
