This sales center interior design project masterfully blends the concepts of "luxury" and "elegance" using modern design techniques. By incorporating naturalistic elements, the design breaks away from the sense of distance often associated with traditional luxury, creating an ideal space where urban residents can experience a slower, more tranquil pace of life.
Luxurious stone flooring is paired with a contrasting mix of light and dark wall treatments, creating a grand atmosphere. The semi-open layout adds visual depth from various angles, enhancing the spatial experience. The color palette centers around neutral tones like black, white, gray, and beige, imparting a sense of tranquility and understated sophistication. A turbinated art installation, with thin tubes ordered arranged in a pattern that repeats and cycles, symbolizes the passage of time and grow and multiply without end.
On the third floor, the reception area adopts a minimalist approach, using simple yet striking lighting designs that play with vertical and diagonal lines, creating a space where visitors can unwind. The area also features an art piece titled "The Power Ship's Axle," composed of layered acrylic panels and interwoven lighting effects, symbolizing the progress and dynamism of the modern era. The transparent, four-sided model of the development eliminates visual boundaries, contrasting sharply with the solid marble elements, adding a touch of lightness and vitality to the space. The discussion area is enclosed by full glass curtain, offering expansive views and abundant natural light, ensuring that even indoors, one can feel the city's pulse.
