This design project transforms survey insights into visual forms and written reflections, exploring the multifaceted nature of both love and stress. Although these experiences might seem distinct, they share a profound impact on our emotional well-being.
Love:
Represented by rings, love unfolds as a spectrum of experiences—from quiet admiration and subtle longing to the depths of heartbreak and the flames of passionate intensity. This diversity underlines the rich, layered nature of love.
Stress:
Expressed through Gua Sha tools, stress goes beyond mere physical tension. It captures both the physical and emotional pressures we face, reminding us that our perceptions can shape our reality. In this way, stress also becomes a catalyst for healing when we embrace self-care practices.
By creating tangible objects that reflect these intricate states, the project invites viewers to consider how both love and stress shape our inner landscapes, fostering deeper, more meaningful connections with ourselves and others.
