About The Entry
1. Combining eco-friendly materials with interactive experience design
This packaging features innovative structures added through perforations in the color box, allowing users to assemble it into a plant cultivation tray. The provided seeds can be planted in the tray, and once they grow, the tray can be transferred to a flower bed. The design integrates the entire process of seed germination, plant growth, and packaging degradation, making the packaging a part of a sustainable ecological cycle.
2. Recording the seed growth process
By scanning the packaging QR code, users can track the growth process of the seeds on a webpage, adding entertainment and interactivity. This breaks the static nature of traditional packaging, providing consumers with a richer experience.
3. Encouraging users to support environmental causes
Jackery collaborates with the Global Reforestation Foundation to donate one sapling for every product sold. Users can receive a donation code on the webpage and participate in this charitable activity. This online and offline interactive packaging design extends the product's lifecycle and promotes consumers' sustainable practices and environmental awareness.
