The Project redefines residential design by merging timeless elegance with understated luxury. Drawing inspiration from Wabi-Sabi, it celebrates the beauty of simplicity and imperfection while fostering an atmosphere of refinement and serenity. The concept is grounded in the idea that elegance is not distant or unattainable but lies within the details of everyday life.
The philosophy centers around creating a seamless flow between spaces while ensuring comfort and practicality. The layout connects key areas such as the kitchen, dining room, and living room, using smooth transitions to enhance the experience of movement throughout the home. Classical architectural proportions and design principles were applied to achieve a harmonious spatial balance. Natural light is maximized, and strategic use of lighting heightens the atmosphere, with hidden indirect lighting that adds layers of depth and warmth.
Functionality is central to the design, with each space tailored to the owner’s needs. The entrance features soft, flowing lines with white striped walls and curved elements, setting a serene tone for the home. Concealed lighting creates an elegant atmosphere, while a sculptural storage cabinet ensures privacy and organization. The dining room blends natural materials with luxurious details, featuring a marble dining table and metal-framed glass cabinet, complemented by discreet lighting and a black linear pendant.
The living room is designed with smooth, rounded elements that create a calming ambiance, while neutral tones and hidden LED strips add layers of warmth and modernity. The master bedroom combines beige and neutral tones with stone and titanium details, evoking an elegant, understated luxury. A large mirror and LED lighting on the vanity enhance both functionality and ambiance.
The children’s room and study balance personalization with practicality. The bathroom exudes luxury through marble walls and golden accents, while smart features like heat recovery and dehumidification systems ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
Premium materials, including natural marble, titanium, etc., create an elegant, minimal aesthetic. Subtle curves, metallic finishes, and marble patterns elevate the design, making every corner of the space both stylish and functional.
By merging luxury with sustainability, the design offers a beautiful, comfortable living experience.
