Runchi Operations Center at Hongmian-Zhongdamen

The project is a thoughtful building renovation that preserves the original structural integrity while seamlessly integrating the product’s identity into the contemporary façade design. The exterior is clad in aluminum-zinc panels, which create a captivating visual narrative as they interact with changing light throughout the day, offering a dynamic and ever-evolving aesthetic. The façade’s rhythmic yet dynamic textures subtly convey the owner’s commitment to exceptional product quality and refined design sensibilities. Meanwhile, the softly blurred design at the corner demonstrates a deliberate and respectful dialogue with the building’s surrounding environment, harmonizing the new structure with its context.
Inside the building, a section of the floor slab has been opened up. A striking metal conveyor belt, strategically spanning both levels, serves as both a physical and visual connector, seamlessly integrating various product zones while injecting a sense of kinetic energy. This innovative design element not only establishes a cohesive industrial aesthetic but also subtly guides visitors through the space, enhancing the overall journey.
