Garden of Wonder

This exhibition is an imaginative exploration inspired by the whimsical worlds of Wes Anderson’s films. Through a carefully curated collection of visual narratives, immersive installations, and playful compositions, the exhibition reinterprets Anderson’s signature aesthetics—meticulous symmetry, rich color palettes, and playful features—into a new spatial and experiential form. The Garden of Wonder superimposes delightful features & elements with Modern architecture, bringing freshness and playfulness into the Modernist sculpture garden.

Structured around four themes, each inspired by one of Anderson’s films, the exhibition invites visitors into immersive landscapes that embody distinct spatial and seasonal qualities. The four themes—hill, forest, arch, and pit—unfold as cinematic journeys through nature, showcasing unique planting palettes, materials, and evolving seasonality.
