The philosophy of 'Nature, Freedom, and Ease' embodies the lifestyle of the client in this project, reflecting the contemporary 'self-pleasure-first' ethos. Designed for a single woman and her beloved cat, the project reconfigures spatial layouts to break away from traditional villa stereotypes through structural innovation.
The design team relocated the original first-floor enclosed kitchen-dining system to the more spacious basement, creating an open kitchen-dining symbiotic space that fosters fluid interactions between cooking and social activities. Simultaneously, the third and fourth floors were ingeniously merged into an 'aerial master suite', featuring a double-height design that vertically expands the space. The combination of an open-plan bathroom and a sunken walk-in closet achieves a delicate equilibrium between openness and a sense of security.
By organically unifying architectural structure, daily needs, and emotional aspirations, the 360㎡ villa transforms into a timelessly evolving living ecosystem, where beauty deepens with time.
