The Barbecue Grill represents a new generation of outdoor cooking products that prioritize sustainability, modularity, and user-centered design. Traditional grills are often built with little consideration for their environmental impact across their lifecycle. This product challenges that standard by integrating systemic eco-design principles from the ground up.
At its core is a modular architecture that allows key components to be reused, replaced, or recycled with ease. All joints rely on mechanical connections rather than adhesives, ensuring ease of assembly and disassembly. This not only enhances maintainability and extends product life, but also dramatically improves material recovery at the end-of-life stage, supporting a truly circular economy.
The structure features a low center of gravity, giving users a clear sense of stability and security during use. Thermal safety is also a priority—materials are carefully selected for their low thermal conductivity, reducing surface heat transfer and minimizing the risk of accidental burns.
A complete Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) using the Edupack tool has been carried out, evaluating the product’s environmental footprint from raw material extraction to end-of-life recycling. By optimizing the design in each phase, the grill achieves minimal environmental impact while maintaining functionality and aesthetic quality.
The grill also employs a circular structural design, which improves airflow and enhances fuel efficiency, further reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption during use.
Beyond performance and safety, this product offers a reimagined user experience—one that balances emotional satisfaction with ecological responsibility. It empowers users to enjoy outdoor cooking while making smarter choices for the planet.
In summary, this barbecue grill is not just a tool for grilling—it is a sustainable solution designed with intentionality, longevity, and environmental harmony. It represents a holistic approach to design where function, form, and responsibility coexist.
