The Huafa Xi’an Jinchen mansion project is inspired by the picturesque beauty of the Qinling Mountains and the cultural heritage of Wang Wei’s Wanchuan in Chinese poetry. Drawing from the Ming Dynasty painting "Ten Scenic Views of Wanchuan," the design blends traditional culture with modern aesthetics to create a sophisticated, natural landscape that reflects the region’s natural beauty.
With the theme of “Flowing Fragrance Long Scroll, Urban Nature,” the project incorporates five core elements: Forest Base, Social Circles, Free-Flowing Spaces, Health Systems, and High-End Living. It features 12 key value points, including ecological design, multifunctional spaces, and luxurious social spaces. Key highlights include the ceremonial entrance with water features, a grand nine-tiered staircase, the luxurious Floating Island Lounge, and the tranquil Zen Gardens, blending nature with luxury seamlessly.
The landscape embraces natural elements such as mountains, water, islands, and forests, translating them into various immersive spaces like sunken courtyards, oxygenated lounges, and therapeutic gardens. A child-friendly space, themed "Dream Island," integrates interactive play areas with nature, promoting both education and healthy growth.
The entryway is marked by a monumental gate and water features that enhance the sense of arrival. The sunken clubhouses, surrounded by flowing water and lush greenery, provide a serene and luxurious experience. The Floating Island Lounge, inspired by the Aman Hotel, offers an elegant, serene environment, surrounded by nature and soothing water features.
The design aims to create a place where nature and luxury coexist, offering a sanctuary where residents can connect with nature while enjoying a refined lifestyle, making it a true urban oasis.
