Greentown·Haining Fuxiang Garden

"Jiangnan (the region south of the Yangtze River)" and "Haipai (Shanghai-style)" are the invaluable cultural foundations of Haining. Greentown·Haining Fuxiang Garden integrates "Jiangnan" and "Haipai", creating a Shanghai-style Jiangnan scroll intertwined with water charm. Taking advantage of the peninsula waterfront terrain, the project elevates the entire community base, realizing the seamless integration of natural river views, garden water scenes and living spaces. It is like a floating three-dimensional water town, reviving Haining's water town memory of "dwellings beside water and neighborhoods along rivers". The buildings draw on the essence of Jiangnan's pavilions, terraces and towers, translating them into vertical forests that grow upward, and retaining the trendy form and artistic conception of "emerald green painted screens".

The project adopts the concept of 4th-Generation Housing, incorporating "vertical courtyards" and "three-dimensional greenery" into high-rise buildings. Through thoughtful design, it enables high-rise residences to possess both "the courtyard ambience of villas" and "ecological livability".

The terrace size is expanded to 2.4m - 4.5m. Based on the sun angle on the Great Cold (one of the 24 Solar Terms), the inclination angle of the eaves is precisely calculated. This design not only ensures maximum daylighting but also maximizes the area of terrace gardens, creating a living scenario where indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly integrate in high-rise residential buildings.
