The VigilSense is a portable EEG fatigue detection device. Centered around "lightweight, integration, and adaptability", the device is designed to address the challenges of traditional devices that require deep integration with safety helmets and full-set replacements. Adhering to the principle of minimal intervention, the device boasts a main body thinner than 13mm and lighter than 65g, seamlessly blending into various helmets. It can be quickly attached to or detached from existing helmets in under three seconds, enabling a user-friendly experience of "one helmet for multiple uses, instant installation and immediate operation", significantly reducing deployment barriers and coverage costs.
Regarding interaction, the device features a detachable buckle and an elastic adjustment structure to adapt to various helmet models and curvatures. The ergonomic layout of the electrodes and ear clip sensors minimizes wiring interference, ensuring a lightweight and comfortable fit with no burden, thereby guaranteeing comfort and stability during prolonged use.
In terms of function, the device incorporates dynamic signal anti-interference technology, suppressing noise from on-site vibrations, sweat, and other factors to ensure accurate EEG signal acquisition. It supports dual-mode data synchronization via Bluetooth and local cache with low power consumption, allowing real-time upload of monitoring data to the platform and triggering voice reminders or tiered alerts, which form a complete closed-loop safety management system.
The VigilSense establishes an unobtrusive protection mechanism for users in diverse labor scenarios, transforming safety management from a mere procedural requirement into a continuous, invisible form of care. This exemplifies the deep integration of technological innovation and social responsibility.
