CCCC Longxing Hejin

The project deeply explores the essence of Pengzhou Longxing's historical culture, applies the construction philosophy of Yingzao Fashi (Treatise on Architectural Methods), draws on the color and texture of Ding Kiln's white porcelain, and creates Song Dynasty-style architectural designs such as Xieshan roofs (gabled and hipped roofs), Bofeng Xuanyu (ornamental fish-shaped components on gable ends), and Xunzhang Jiaojiaozao (interlocking corner structures). It thus revives the architectural charm of the ancient Longxing Pagoda.
Meanwhile, the project subtly integrates the artistic conception of literati gatherings from The Garden of the West (a famous painting of the Song Dynasty) into its landscape design, and channels living water from the Guanqu Canal into the garden, creating a low-density residential environment where "water flows at every step and blossoms greet every glance".
