Triangler Red Envelope

Triangler is a Taiwan-based design agency dedicated to offering diverse and rich branding services just like sandwiches can come with multiple flavors. Sandwiches in Chinese (三明治) are pronounced the same as the Chinese name of Triangler (三名治). During the Chinese New Year, Chinese people would give red envelopes for blessings as a custom, so we decide to design sandwich-shaped red envelopes to express wishes to our customers and friends.
With the visual concept of classic sandwich in Taiwan, we select 2 art papers: the Crush from Favini and the KeaKolour from Arjowggins to create a toast-like texture. Besides, we apply a wide range of screen printing, gold, and silver stamping to make the savory fruit fillings (strawberries, grapes, kiwis, oranges), logo, and new year wishes shine with glimmers and layers of delicate textures. To create an innovative and personalized red envelope, we combine all classic Taiwanese sandwich elements, including white rice paper for the wrapping, red tape for the sealing, and a nutrition fact sticker for our design ideas and humorous wishes.
